Making a Purchase
Please browse our store and click on select to add your chosen products into your shopping trolley. When you have finished shopping click on “checkout” to proceed to make your purchase. You will then be asked to provide some details so we can process your order.
Prices
We will always try to make sure that the prices stated for our products are accurate, but errors may occur. If we discover an error in pricing of a product in your order, we will inform you as soon as possible. We will then give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If an order is cancelled you will be given the option of an alternative product to the value paid or a full refund.
Price stated for product will be price payable, excluding delivery charge.
By submitting your order you are agreeing to pay the displayed prices, plus the additional delivery charges.
Payment
If you go through the checkout payment will be taken by Nochex, secure online payment services.
Please note that Nochex will appear on your card statement and not holistic-gems, as the recipient of payment.
If you would prefer to pay by cheque please email your order to us. You will then be contacted and provided with relevant information to enable you to use this payment method. Please note your order will not be dispatched until cheque has cleared.
Postage
Postal charges are calculated at checkout on the weight of your order.
Postal charges are in line with Royal Mail First Class postal charges for variable weight parcels.
A proof of purchase receipt is obtained for each parcel posted.
Please email us if your delivery does not arrive within ten days. We will then investigate on your behalf. Please note a refund will not be given until a satisfactory outcome is achieved with the responsible postal service used by us.
Delivery
We will endeavour to dispatch orders the same day or within 24hrs, Monday to Friday. A maximum dispatch time of 48hrs applies Monday to Friday. Orders received from Friday afternoon to Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday. Notification will be given on the home page when circumstances e.g. holidays prevent this target from being met.
Delivery times will vary depending on delivery service used.
Royal mail advocate delivery on average will be four days, however this can vary and is often quicker.
A courier service is used for “heavier” parcels, they advocate next day delivery.
Royal Mail is also used for Overseas deliveries and non UK mainland destinations, they of course will take longer.
Returns
If any of your order is damaged please email us within seven days with the details. We will contact you with details enabling you to return the damaged item to us. A full refund for the price of the item, plus the postal charge will be given on receipt of the damaged goods. The Buyer will be liable for the cost of damaged goods, if in the opinion of the Seller the damage has been caused by the goods being inadequately packaged for return by the buyer.
We believe you will be delighted with your purchase. However if you are not and wish to return it please email us within seven days.
Products can be returned if unused, are undamaged and in the original packaging. In the case of music CD’s they must still be in their sealed wrapping. Please note due to health and hygiene reasons some products can not be returned. This includes some bath and body care products, lotions and potions, fragrance oils and earrings. This list is not exhaustive but gives examples of the types of products referred to. On receipt of your email requesting to return your product we will advise if we will be able to accept under our returns policy.
A full refund will be given for all returned products received undamaged and in an as new condition. You will only have to pay for the return postage of the product. We recommend you obtain a receipt of postage for any returns, which is free for all parcels posted.
